3:30 pm      Call Time! Move Front Ensemble stuff to stage.
3:45 pm      Go over pre-game/stands tunes (Don’t blow your chops!)
5:20 pm      Change into uniforms/Distribute Pins
5:50 pm      Line up outside
6:00 pm     Play at Talon Tailgate
6:25 pm     Line up to go to stadium
6:47 pm      Pre-Game
7:05 pm      In Stands.
8:00            Halftime
9:30ish pm  Game Over
9:40ish pm  Play for concession stand.
9:55ish pm  Bring equipment back to band room and clean area. Change out of uniforms and properly put them away.
10:15ish pm Stadium Cleanup *Required*
10:45ish pm Release

The Woodgrove Classic Marching Competition is held at the football stadium at Woodgrove  High School in Purcellville, Va.
 
8:30 am           Call Time!  Stadium  HEAVIES - BRING EVERYTHING TO LOAD IN UHAUL
8:45 am           Rehearse - In stadium
10:45 am         Load Heavies
11:00 am         Eat – Food provided by boosters
11:30 am         Dress
11:50 am         Load busses – Bring a snack/sack lunch
12:00 pm         Leave for Woodgrove H.S.
2:00 pm           Arrive, Bathroom, Unload Heavies
2:45 pm           Warm-up
3:25 pm           Move
3:35 pm           Report to gate
3:45 pm           Perform: The best performance of the year!
4:00 pm           Load Trailers
6:15 pm           Awards
7:00ish pm      Load busses
9:30ish pm      Arrive- Unload - dismissal
 
Bring snacks. It is an early lunch and we are getting back late.

Here is the calendar for the 2024 - 2025 school year! Please note that there may be changes due to weather, re-scheduled events, etc. Thanks!
Version History:
1.3        8/28/24        Took off Percussion/Jazz Concert on October 16 (PSAT Day). Moved percussion to October 1 concert.
1.4        8/28/24        Added Show Choir/Fall Concert Dates for Jazz Ensemble/Wind Ensemble/APE
1.5        9/12/24         Removed Jazz/APE concert from October 16. Changed rehearsal time on October 2 to 2:15-4:30 so kids can go                                         to bonfire if they want.
