2026 - 2027 Marching Band Student Staff Application
he student staff application is available and due no later than April 30. See below for the link.
Interviews for Drum Major, Captains, Field Managers, Quartermaster, and Office Manager will be held on Wednesday, May 13, starting at 4:30 pm
All of the Drum Major candidates will work with Miss Renee on Saturday and demonstrate conducting.
We will watch all of the captain/section leader candidates during the rehearsals to finalize those spots.
The staff list will then be released after Saturday.

Currently, the Trumpet and Percussion teachers have not set a date; all others have a link to sign up for a slot.
Remember, all of the saxophone auditions are recorded and submitted to me.

Drumline clinics for the 2026 Fall season will be on May 6 and May 12 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Drum-line placement will take place on May 18 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Jazz Swing Concert Schedule
Below is the schedule for Saturday, May 9. I am asking students who drive to stop by the school and help load the trailers. We only need around 6. Anyone who is getting dropped off or taken to the museum can get there by noon to help set up, so we are ready to go by 2:00 at the latest. There is no busing from Forge to the museum. I can take 6, and another parent can take 5 if need be. I would like to start a little earlier than that to be sure we are finished around 4:30. Parent.... Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on if it is outside.

12:00 pm Depart for the Museum
12:45 Set up at the Museum
2:00 Set 1 (Earlier if possible)

Thanks to all the parents, students, alumni, and friends for your help with the auditions for the All-County and All-District Band. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Without you, these events would not be possible. Thanks for a great fall! Have a great holiday and break!
