Parent chaperones are needed every time the band travels, whether it is away games, competitions, parades, or the spring trip. Chaperones ride the bus with band students, carry the medication bags, escort the students throughout their trip, and provide assistance to the band students and adult staff as needed. The 1st Vice President is in charge of all chaperones. For further information, contact [email protected].

Hospitality
The Hospitality Committee is well-loved by our band students! This committee takes care of feeding our students at games, competitions, and other events. Hospitality also feeds our wonderful adult staff members during band camp. Volunteers for this committee can help by purchasing or making food items, assembling meals or snacks, and serving food. If you would like to help with Hospitality or learn more about it, please email [email protected].
Thank you to all of those who volunteered for the meals, the staff and students appreciate all the great food!
